Us lifts ban on nz naval ships, military By Mark Taylor, Associated Press LOS ANGELES (AP) — The Navy banned Navy SEALs in the western Pacific from using the U.S. Navy’s flagship ship to patrol its waters after the two branches of the U.S. military said they had been forced to send a small patrol ship to defend the ship against Chinese surveillance and piracy attacks. Ships of the Navy’s 4th Fleet were ordered to take the vessel, named the USS John C.
