Dumping dredge spoil on land may still threaten barrier reef ecosystems, researchers have warned. A long-term study of coral reef systems has identified a “significant threat” to these delicate ecosystems, according to research published today in the journal Science. Dr Dan Schilling of the Australian Museum and University of New South Wales, where the research took place, said that while marine sedimentation has increased in recent decades, there was still a huge amount of waste, which degraded the surrounding reef. https://www.aquawood.fr/products/coque-iphone-7-leather-710pascher1387 Dr Dan Schilling, Australian Museum and University of New South Wales.
